My favorite part of the Hydro Flask is the lid. The loop at the top is really easy for me to attach to my backpack. I used to have a Nalgene bottle that I had forgotten to loop to my backpack, and it fell out! Now, I will never forget again.

Real-World Cons: The Cup Holder Test

One thing I need to warn you about though, I can’t fit the Hydro Flask in my car cup holder. I either have to set it down on my passenger seat or I just put it on the floor. Luckily, it’s pretty sturdy but I’ve gotten my fair share of dinks and scratches. Just warning you!

Another point I need to call out is that it really insulates well. One warning though, make sure to clean your Hydro Flask at least once a week. For me, I just put a little bit of water into the bottle, a squirt of dish soap, and I shake it up. After that, I let it sit for some time to let the soap do what it needs to do. And then afterwards, I’ll get a dish sponge with soap and do my best to clean everything. For the straw lid, I’d recommend taking it apart and cleaning it properly with a straw cleaner.

The 32oz Hydro Flask is a gift that everyone would be happy to get. I’d especially recommend the surf blue color. Even if someone gave me 100 of these Hydro Flask bottles, I know that each one of those will make me happier.
