How we work
Every email goes to the same inbox. There's no tiered support system, no "contact category" dropdown that sends your note into a black hole, no AI-drafted reply trying to close your ticket before a human sees it. Write to us like you would a friend who happens to think about gifts for a living.
We reply to just about everything — product pitches, reader corrections, partnership inquiries, the occasional angry note about a review. If we don't reply, it's because your message went to spam, not because we didn't care. Resend if you don't hear back in a week.
For press and partnership, please include what you're working on, a realistic timeline, and whether you're looking for a link, a quote, or something else. We're selective about partnerships for the same reason we're selective about gifts — the point is the recommendation, not the relationship.

Do you accept product samples or press pitches?
Yes, but we're selective. Include what the product is, why you think it fits our categories, and a pitch that doesn't read like a press release. We only cover things we'd recommend to a friend.
How do I correct something in a guide?
Email us with the page URL and what needs fixing. Reader-flagged corrections get priority — we treat them like bug reports and usually push the fix the same day.
Can I suggest a gift idea or category?
